DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

By signing or otherwise accepting this agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final:
   The customer understands and agrees that all purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product or service, change of mind, or incorrect selection.

2. Acceptance of Product or Service:
   The customer affirms that they have reviewed and accepted the item(s) or service(s) prior to completing the transaction and that the product/service was provided in satisfactory condition at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Policy – U.S. Only:
   The customer acknowledges that shipping fees only apply to deliveries within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed from outside the United States may be canceled or subject to additional charges if shipment is requested.

4. Legal Binding Agreement:
   This agreement is legally binding and enforceable. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated herein.

5. Customer Responsibility:
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their purchase and shipping information before finalizing the transaction.
